MEETING MINUTES
FROM THE GENERAL MEETING OF MARCH 23, 2009
Ten members were present: Charlot Battin, Chris Bobbin, Nadine Charlsen, Deborah Glassberg, Arnold Levine, Jenny Marino, Mary Mulder, Adele Recklies, Mari Tobita, Anne-Marie Wright. They were joined by ten guests: Rebecca Aldridge, Mary Brehmer, Margaret Cusack, Kate Dale, Mark Gill, Joe Gourley, Lisa Guild, Valerie Light, Zoe Morsette, Liz Popeil, and Sarah Timberlake.
The meeting was held at Chelsea Studios, Theatreworks/USA. Arnold called the meeting to order at 8:00 PM and welcomed everyone. He explained that ATAC is a networking organization and, to that end, everyone introduced themselves.
SOURCEBOOK: Arnold informed everyone that the latest edition of the Sourcebook is now available in stores.
TREASURY: Arnold announced that we are solvent.
WEBSITES: For those who were not familiar with them, Arnold explained that we have two websites, www.atacbiz.com and www.entertainmentsourcebook.com. He reminded people that ATAC gets money if people go through the Entertainment Sourcebook website to access Amazon and buy books.
MEMBERSHIP: The members examined the portfolios of Margaret Cusack and Valerie Light. Anne-Marie moved that both people be accepted for membership and Arnold seconded the motion. It passed unanimously.The meeting was adjourned at 8:15 p.m..
